What we collect

Your email address, optional callsign, selected radio modes, whether you operate a repeater, and the time and version of your signup consent. Please use a callsign only if you are comfortable sharing it with the project administrator.

How we use it

To organize beta testing and contact you about Repeater Outpost beta access and launch updates. Signing up does not create a public profile. Signup information is not displayed publicly or sold.

Storage and abuse prevention

Signups are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in this Cloudflare account. The form uses a short-lived hash derived from your connection IP address to limit repeated submissions; the form does not store your raw IP address. The hosting provider may separately process request logs to operate and protect the service.

Your choices

You can request removal by replying to a beta or launch email. No automated email is sent when you submit this form. An unsubscribe or removal option will be included with future project emails. Signup information is retained during the prelaunch and beta period; continued mailing after launch will be reviewed separately.
